Who We Assist

Typically the businesses we help will be turning over between £250k and £25m per annum. The FD would work with the business between 2 and 4 days per month taking over the running of the finance function, thus freeing up the owner, MD or partner to concentrate on what they do best.

David and Fiona Norton both trained at KPMG and have 25 years of experience in working primarily with professional partnerships ranging from high street practices to international law firms. Their current portfolio also includes assisting owner managed companies ranging from £1m to £25m to grow their business.

Training

As part of working with and developing any existing staff (of all levels) The Norton Partnership can provide training for the Finance Team and for the Business, ranging from on the job training to professional development.
