What we do
Partnership offers the services of a senior finance professional at
Finance Director and/or Financial Controller levels to small or
medium sized businesses without the cost or commitment of employing
one full time. The services fall into 3 main categories:-
develop existing staff
back office changes to minimise cost and increase quality of
timely financial information
additional finance as businesses grow
reduce financial risks within the business
sounding board to senior team
whether growth should be organic or by acquisition
business and personal goals
Who We Assist
Typically the businesses we help will be turning over between £250k and
£25m per annum. The FD would work with the business between 2 and 4 days
per month taking over the running of the finance function, thus freeing
up the owner, MD or partner to concentrate on what they do best.
Who We Are
David and Fiona Norton both trained at KPMG and have 25 years of experience in working primarily with professional partnerships ranging from high street practices to international law firms. Their current portfolio also includes assisting owner managed companies ranging from £1m to £25m to grow their business.
As part of working with and developing any existing staff (of all levels) The Norton Partnership can provide
training for the Finance Team and for the Business, ranging from on the job training to professional development.
